My Pies are Red !!! I mean Red Velvet Whoopies Pies

In honor of Valentines Day and my new love for whoopie pies, I thought what could be better than Red Velvet Whoopie Pies for Valentines Day.

I went a googling to find a recipe that I had everything in the house and I found one at Better Homes and Gardens Red Velvet Whoopie Pies. 

This recipe is extremely easy to bring together and bake up.  The filling contains marshmallow creme, so it is still a little sticky even after mixing with the cream cheese and butter, but boy oh boy is it good.

These cookies are very soft and delicious and the filling not too sweet, I think because of the marshmallow creme being the sweetener in the filling.
