Chocolate Rolo Cookies, Made with a Cakemix !!!!

Well its Christmas Cookie time here, time to try out some new recipes.  If I can get help from a cake mix I take it !! I made Andes Mint Cookies last year and they were a hit, so I decided to test out these Chocolate Rolo Cookies.
This seems to be the standard recipe floating about out in cyber space so I will share it.
1 box Devils Food Cake Mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
 about 30 Rolo candies UNWRAPPED
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Mix together the cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil.  Using a tablespoon measure scoop out a ball of dough.  Slightly flatten the dough in your hand and wrap a Rolo candy in the center.  Roll the dough into balls and place on a baking sheet.  Bake for 8 to 10 minutes and place on wire racks to cool. Makes about 30 cookies.

There you have it ooie gooey carmel and chocolate love.
Who wouldn't like to get these on a tray of homemade cookies for the holidays !!!
Hope you try them !!
Happy Holidays !!!
